A Letter to My Senators Regarding DOGE and Treasury Infiltration

WTF is going on with our government? Below is a letter I sent to my federal Senators and Representatives. I suggest that all citizens send a similar letter to their Congressional representatives. What has been reported so far in the media should be very concerning to all. WE THE PEOPLE are owed a much more detailed explanation from all our representatives. Our continued passivity will accomplish nothing. Stand up and be counted. Resistance is NOT futile. Vigorously encourage your representatives to respond.

Dear Senator,

AP News recently reported the Treasury told Congress that DOGE has “Read Only” access to payment systems. Is this true? Why doesn’t Congress publish this letter?

If true, I have some questions, thoughts, and concerns about this situation.

· Which Treasury Department official wrote the letter? Does Congress believe this person? Is this person a credible source? What proof was provided?

· Is Congress aware that “Read Only” access allows a user to not only view, but also select and download data? Is Congress aware that Musk continues to boast publicly and blatantly that DOGE can and will shut down payments as they independently deem necessary? It has also been reported that official government officials and employees have been locked out of various government systems. This indicates that DOGE has full administrative rights. What steps is Congress taking to ensure that MUSK and DOGE cannot independently, maliciously, and indiscriminately infiltrate and control sensitive government systems?

· It was reported that DOGE installed a separate server. What does Congress know about this? Why is DOGE allowed to do this? Why is an unqualified department, one not created by Congress, allowed to do this?

· What is a “special government employee”? What is the operational scope of such a position? Are there other unvetted “special government employees” dispersed throughout the government? What are the rules on ethics, financial disclosures, and security standards for such a position? Why is Tom Krause, the CEO of Cloud Software Group, clearly a person with a conflict of interest, employed by a company owned by venture equity firms allowed access to sensitive government operations? What inquiries has Congress made? What inquiries do you intend to make?

· Why aren’t individuals being arrested for breaking laws? Why is this no different than hacking?

· Why isn’t Congress ramping up a public investigation and issuing subpoenas?

· Given the unlawfulness of many of the activities of the new administration lately, why hasn’t Congress started impeachment processes? To THE PEOPLE there are clearly impeachable offenses, and WE expect Congress to perform its duties.

· Why is Congress so quiet? What are you all afraid of? Trump is nothing more than a bully attempting to see how much he can get away with.

· When will Congress perform its duties to protect citizens from unlawful and corrupt activities of the executive branch and unelected, so-called officials?

· Why should citizens have faith in what is clearly a broken government? Specifically, please explain why citizens should continue to pay taxes and support such a government.

Senator, I think it would be best if you respond personally and specifically to these questions and concerns rather than issue a standard preformulated response notifying me that you have received my message and will be reviewing it shortly and thanking me for contacting you. I’m reasonably sure that I’m not the only constituent submitting legitimate questions and concerns. You owe all your constituents a complete and specific response.

All Senators and representatives across the nation owe a complete and specific response to their constituents. Please advise your colleagues. Who responds and how will be very illuminating to WE THE PEOPLE.
